Yesterday.

Inspired by property since 1960.

The desire to build a family home started in the 1960s when my Grandfather had a few friends who were building their own homes. During this time, my father promised himself that he would one day build his own home. In 1984, my father fulfilled this ambition and completed his first-ever self-build project with the support of my mother. This was just the beginning of many building and home improvement projects in the years ahead. These included building traditional high-end executive homes through an NHBC-registered company, as well as two-storey extensions, renovations, a buy-to-let project, and an HMO conversion. These various projects were achieved through two home improvement companies and a property development company.

Today.

Generation-X

Inspired by my father's success, I later went on to set up a build-to-rent company called Ending Homelessness Limited. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, the concept had to be put on hold. However, with our latest venture, Oliver Estate Agents, which focuses on helping buyers, we find ourselves in a position to identify properties with the potential to grow in value and support our previous ambitions of ending homelessness.

Tomorrow.

Change is iminent.

We never know what tomorow may bring, but you can bet your last dollar that we're actively thinking of new ideas and planning to improve our services. One such venture I'm currently reviewing is modular homes, at scale and completely off-grid.
